Accept technical consultation from the demander, guide the demander to use and maintain the machine tool correctly, track the after-sales service situation, understand the demander’s satisfaction, and handle the "Three Guarantees" internal and external delivery in a timely manner.
  4. Responsible for supervising and assessing the service quality and service attitude of outbound service personnel.
  5. Establish a national inspection and maintenance system for after-sales service. Whether it is an old customer or a new customer, whether it is an insured or an uninsured customer, according to the customer file and the time of use, regular after-sales service personnel are sent for on-site inspection and maintenance (regardless of whether the customer has contacted We all conduct regular inspections), and the inspection system is: every two months, professional and technical personnel are sent from the head office to inspect all customers according to the geographical location; the inspection content is: maintenance and repair of equipment and guiding customers to operate the equipment correctly.
